Make a secondary new google account without vpn
Vpn के बिना एक द्वितीयक नया Google खाता बनाएं

Then clear all data of google play store app
फिर google play store app का सारा data clear कर दें

4️⃣

Open the VPN app and connect to that area where app/game is available
वीपीएन ऐप खोलें और उस क्षेत्र से कनेक्ट करें जहां ऐप / गेम उपलब्ध है

Once connected, open the Google Play Store app and pick the new secondry google account.
कनेक्ट होते ही, Google Play Store ऐप खोलें और नया द्वितीयक Google खाता चुनें।
